Description & Flavour

The pink oyster mushroom is similar in its growing nature to that of the original oyster – fanning away from their chosen decaying wood or tree and a wild or growing substrate in a growing tunnel. This oyster ranges from light to hot pink and can grow as large as the main oyster mushroom.
