Description & Flavour

The pom pom is basically a ball of elongated mushroom spines and a delight to cook with. It’s exciting visually, and tastes the texture of seafood when cooked. The cultivated version is a brilliant white colour and has a firm yet spongy texture, and looks fantastical in any meal.
